Blue Cross and Tricare Prime have approved my surgery. I have an appt on Wed, July 15 with my surgeon (Dr. Houston). I am hoping for a Sept 14 surgery date.

yeah. u go to your profile and click change profile. To add your surgery type is listed on the "Basic" tab at the top. You can also update some other stuff under the "status" tab.
